Are cleaning supplies or work materials included in your porter price? If not, can you purchase them for me?

   Generally, materials are charged separately. Such things include paint, tiles, fixtures, molding, etc. 

   Jobs where we may include the materials are certain work involving plaster, mortar or caulking. If you’re curious, just ask us prior to accepting our estimate and we’ll let you know what to expect.

   If the materials are separate, you may purchase the materials directly from your preferred supplier and have it delivered to your work location in time for our scheduled work for an easy breezy experience. 

   Alternatively, if you’d prefer, we can provide the materials through our network of suppliers and add these to your final bill.
